As Millennium’s Vice President of FP&C, Lilian Joel is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of Pricing, Financial Planning/Strategy, and Contract Administration. In this role, she collaborates with the CFO and the Executive Management team to strengthen Millennium’s strategic Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities and development of competitive Price to Win (PTW) strategy. Lilian manages the development and sustainment of a competitive contract pricing strategy, project financial cost control analysis, contracts administration, resource-planning activities, as well as providing financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions and key company initiatives.
Lilian joined Millennium in 2011 and previously served as the Director of Pricing and Project Financial Analytics, responsible for providing leadership in developing award-winning cost and pricing bids and implementing program cost control measures. Lilian also serves as Millennium’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council Chair. Lilian has spent most of her career in the Government Contracting industry and has held management positions at companies of various sizes. She holds an MBA in Finance from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA).
