As Millennium’s Vice President of Business Development, Ken is responsible for achieving new business growth objectives for the company. In this role, Ken leads our business development strategy, capture, and proposal activities and works closely with our operations team to develop winning strategies aimed to solve our clients most challenging problems.

Ken’s extensive 38-year career includes over 21 years of service in the US Army as an Intelligence Officer. Retiring as a Colonel in 2005, Ken entered the private sector to continue supporting the needs of the warfighter.

Most recently, Ken served as Senior Director of the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit at Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), where he provided senior executive oversight of a worldwide $200M portfolio consisting of more than 600 cleared Intelligence, Operations, and C5ISR Technicians supporting SOCOM, the Intelligence Community, and dozens of Department of Defense Intelligence and Operational Agencies and Directorates.

Prior to this, Ken held positions in both program management and business development, including serving as Vice President of Growth for Fulcrum IT Services (which was acquired by HII).
