MTS Advantage, a joint venture between Millennium Corp. and TIME Systems, has won a potential $99.9M contract to provide “red team” system vulnerability testing services to the U.S. Navy.

The performance-based contract has a $90.8M base value over five years and a six-month option that would extend the performance period through July 2026, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Cost-plus-fixed-fee orders under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award may cover services such as operational test support, information assurance, cybersecurity, program management and network infrastructure support.

“Millennium is excited to expand our support to NIWC in delivering “red team” system vulnerability testing to the U.S. Navy. This contract extends our support to three of the nine NSA certified DoD Red Team Organizations” stated Kevin Jennings, Millennium Corporation CEO. 

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic received four bids for the IDIQ through a competitive bidding process and the service branch will obligate $25K at the time of award.
